As a Recruitment Consultant at Page Personnel, your duties will consist of two main areas:

Recruitment :

  • Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
  • Managing and bringing to fruition various projects for clients
  • Giving advice to clients to improve their recruitment process
  • Helping candidates further in their search for the next step in their career

Sales

  • You will have the opportunity to strongly develop your commercial skills over a period of 6 - 12 months. Through extensive training, you will learn the tricks of the trade.
  • You do business development: both hunting for new customers and farming, i.e. building long-term customer relationships.
  • You will also stay in regular contact with customers to establish and maintain good relationships.

The qualities and skills required for the position of Recruitment Cosultant are :

  • You are perfectly bilingual (FR-ENG). Knowledge of Dutch is a big plus.
  • At least a bachelor degree
  • No experience is required, we teach you everything thanks to our customised training courses
  • You are a driven, social and entrepreneurial person
  • Working autonomously as well as supporting a team do not scare you off
  • Resilient and stress-resistant
  • Customer-oriented
