Om ons departement Finance & Procurement te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Buyer.
Als Junior Buyer maak je deel uit van het Procurement team, maar je werkt ook nauw samen met collega's van diverse afdelingen binnen BAC.
Wat je bij ons zal realiseren:
Opvolgen van aanvragen en die tijdig en correct kanaliseren binnen de afdeling en intake verzekeren; Opzetten en beheren van de volledige tender omgeving in de respectievelijke systemen (o.a. communicatie tools, sharepoint/Teams site, ERP, besteknummer beheer, tender dashboard, …); Begeleiden van de interne klant en de verschillende stakeholders doorheen de volledige aankoop procedure door toelichting te geven over het proces, de te gebruiken templates, de wederzijdse verwachtingen te kaderen en mee de planning te beheren; Je staat gedurende de volledige aankoop procedure in voor opvolging van de communicatie: vragen van collega’s en (kandidaat)leveranciers beantwoorden en indien nodig doorgeven en opvolgen; Je staat in voor de accurate, volledige en tijdige administratieve afhandeling van het tender traject: verzamelen, doorgeven, opvolgen en geconsolideerd beantwoorden van de vragen (Q&A-step/forum), verzendt bestek documenten, ontvangt kandidaturen/offertes en laadt deze op in de werkomgevingen BAC; Gebruik van de Contract Lifecycle Management tool: opzoeken van informatie, toevoegen van obligations op aangeven van de lead buyer, laten operationaliseren van start contract in ERP; Ondersteuning bij de opvolging van de contract portfolio van de toegewezen category en pro-actief beheer van de hernieuwingskalender; Ondersteuning bij de opvolging, opvragen (bij de interne klanten) en rapporteren van de prestaties van leveranciers tijdens de uitvoering van de opdracht aan de hand van SLA’s/KPI’sWat jou onderscheidt:
Je hebt een bachelor diploma, aangevuld met 1 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring; Je ben assertief, leergierig en communicatief; Je hebt kennis van aankoopprocessen, aanbestedingsprocedures en de wetgeving overheidsopdrachten; Je bent een nauwkeurige organisator en cijfermatig sterk; Je bent nederlandstalig en beheerst ook vlot Engels.
