As a measurement and control technician, you play an important role in the operation of our thermal power plant. You actively participate in various maintenance projects, overhauls and interventions. Because of these varying activities, no two days are the same.
Both through our operators and SAP, faults within the field of instrumentation and automation are reported to you. You will be responsible for problem analysis and work with our team to identify the problem. You will diagnose defects. You are responsible for preparing the repair yourself: You prepare the schedule. You create work orders to apply for permits. You then perform repairs yourself "in the field." You will be responsible for installing, adjusting, maintaining and renewing various measurement and control instrumentation You will process measurement data and automation of processes in a DCS or PLC environment; You report according to the applicable safety, environmental and quality agreements.You will mainly work from the powerplant in Vilvoorde but are also willing to travel to the plants of Drogenbos or Schaarbeek on a regular basis (20-30% of your time).

YOUR PROFILE as a measurement and control technician:
You are technically skilled (bachelor/graduate degree in electromechanics, electronics, electrical engineering, automation) and preferably have several years of experience "in the field" within an industrial environment. If you have knowledge of process automation (controllers, measurements, etc.) or are PLC proficient, then you already have an edge Either way, do the terms instrumentation, energy processes and control controls ring a bell with you and you want to delve further into them. You speak Dutch. If you only have a basic level in Dutch, but a good knowledge of either French or English, then we would like to give you a chance#YOUNGGRADUATEBE
