Als Marketing Associate krijg je volgende verantwoordelijkheden;
- Je bedenkt marketing- en communicatie actieplannen om nieuwe markten aan te boren en onze zichtbaarheid in bestaande markten te vergroten.
- Om goed te kunnen inspelen op de markt behoeftes zorg je voor een stevige verdiepingsslag in de door Sales aangegeven groei segmenten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de interne & externe communicatie
- Je werkt mee aan de employer branding van het bedrijf
- Met je creativiteit werk je mee aan de awareness over de sustainability binnen het bedrijf.
Voor de rol van Marketing Associate zoeken we naar iemand met volgend profiel:
- Afgeronde Bachelor in Marketing of Communicatie
- Minimaal twee jaar relevante werkervaring
- Een proactieve houding; je stapt graag zelf op mensen af
- Je bent een multitasker
- Ervaring met content marketing en online media
- Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Nederlands als het Engels (sterke tekstschrijver)
- Kennis van de laatste (online) MarCom trends
- Ervaring met MS PowerPoint en met de belangrijkste Adobe programma 's, zoals InDesign, Photoshop en Premiere Pro
