What can you expect?

You will be joining a dynamic and rapidly growing organization. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios across various customer segments. Together with your team, your main focus will be on delivering projects successfully and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

Gaining a solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks. Utilizing project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to plan and track project progress. Paying attention to quality and ensuring timely project delivery within budget constraints. Engaging with clients to translate our omnichannel services into tangible (long-term) projects, collaborating closely with our experts in workshop sessions. Acting as the main point of contact within the company for the project. Developing a strong grasp of the client's business, working alongside the account manager to come up with creative concepts and opportunities. You will coordinate ongoing projects, delegate tasks to the team of experts, and provide advice when needed. Participating in projects that align with your expertise, such as consulting, UX design, and information architecture. Being proactive and vocal about your opinions and suggestions for improvements.

If this sounds like the right fit for you, you probably have:

Prior experience as a Junior Project Manager, which you can demonstrate. Familiarity with a CMS solution (e.g., Drupal, WordPress), ideally coupled with some technical background or online marketing experience. A strategic, creative, and technical mindset, enabling you to initiate and drive projects forward. Proficiency in using project management tools like Jira and Confluence. A reputation as a team player who takes initiative. A strong focus on providing excellent service, finding solutions, and achieving results . Fluency in Dutch and English , with the ability to hold conversations in French as well. Proficiency in time management, budget management, and scope management. You prioritize meeting deadlines . A positive and cheerful disposition, enjoying a good laugh.
