  • Bevorder je kwaliteitsresultaten en prestatieverbetering door de hele organisatie, via het managementteam.
  • Stel je lokale QA-nalevingsdoelstellingen op basis van bedrijfsrichtlijnen en zorg je voor regelmatige evaluatie van de gedefinieerde doelstellingen.
  • Richt je documentatieprocedures op, onderhoud je deze en controleer je ze, samen met de proceseigenaren.
  • Stel je de nodige communicatiestrategie op voor de verbetering en bewustwording van kwaliteit en regelgeving binnen alle afdelingen.
  • Organiseer je het jaarlijkse interne auditprogramma in samenwerking met de lokale MSO en het HQ Quality team en coördineer je externe (her)certificeringsaudits met de externe certificeringspartner.
  • Beheer je de vergoeding van producten en technologieën op lokale markten.
  • Behandel je vragen met betrekking tot Medical Device Regulations (MDR)/kwaliteit uit de markt en overleg je hierover met HQ.
  • Ben je het aanspreekpunt voor incidenten met betrekking tot regelgeving en onderneem je actie.
  • Voorzie je medewerkers van informatie en training over wettelijke vereisten en wijzigingen in regelgeving.
  • Onderhoud je documentatie met betrekking tot naleving van regelgeving, zoals productregistraties.
  • Onderhandel je over en volg je GDPR-contracten op.
  • Ondersteun je bij tendervragen met betrekking tot Regulatory & Quality.

  • Juridische of wetenschappelijke graad (BSc, MSc)
  • Minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van medische hulpmiddelen (EU-MDD en EU-MDR)
  • Ervaring opgedaan in de industrie, consultancy of bij een Notified Body in kwaliteits-, regelgeving- of klinische rollen (bijv. Regulatory Affairs Specialist of Quality and Regulatory Manager)
  • Bekend met risicomanagement van medische hulpmiddelen
  • Pragmatisch ingesteld en geniet van een mix van activiteiten in regulatory affairs of kwaliteitsborging
  • Sterk communicatief en servicegericht
  • Sterk ontwikkelde organisatorische vaardigheden
  • In staat om verschillende projecten tegelijk te beheren, nauwkeurig en precies
  • Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands, Frans is een pluspunt
  • Bereid om te reizen tussen onze kantoren in Zaventem en Breda
  • Woonachtig in de omgeving van Breda of Antwerpen
