Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Design Engineer om ons IP Engineering-team te versterken. Als Design Engineer speel je een cruciale rol in onze projectteams en werk je mee aan de stabiliteit en ontwikkeling van onze netwerkinfrastructuur.
Je wordt ingezet in de Backbone en Datacenter Infrastructure Tribe en samen met je collega's bouw je verder aan het netwerk van de toekomst. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp en de ontwikkeling van onze IP-netwerkprincipes. En je zorgt ervoor dat het netwerk blijft evolueren om te voldoen aan toekomstige vereisten, zowel op functioneel als op beveiligingsniveau. Je vertaalt je ervaring met IP-netwerken naar de user netwerken. Je bent gedreven om een wendbaar en flexibel netwerk te verkrijgen. Dit om de uitdagingen in het landschap van telecommunicatie en media aan te kunnen. Je maakt deel uit van een team dat voortdurend werkt met geavanceerde en diverse technologieën.
Jouw taken als onze Design Engineer
Werk samen met het team om IP-ontwerpen te bepalen en te evalueren Ontwerp mee oplossingen en ondersteun bij de implementatie van bedrijfsprojecten Identificatie en implementatie van onze standaard service offerings Deelnemen aan agile ceremonies (verfijning, planning, review, ...) Documenteer en draag de nodige kennis over aan operations en andere relevante engineeringteams Definieer en volg processen, standaarden, en best practices voor optimaal gebruik van onze infrastructuur Automatiseren van taken L3 incidenten en problemen oplossenJouw skills als onze Design Engineer
Must have Een grondige kennis van de TCP/IP-stack en netwerkprotocollen CCNA-niveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring VPN-technologieën (IPSec, SSL) Quality of Service (QoS) Overlay-netwerken MPLS L3 VPN Nokia IP RoutersNice to have CCNP-niveau of gelijkwaardig Linux, scripting en automatisering (Bash, Python, Ansible, SQL, GIT) Netwerk security VPN's, NATing & HA-clustering Multicast
