En tant que HR Process Analyst, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :
En collaboration avec le HR Process Manager, vous diffusez une philosophie d'amélioration continue. Vous êtes constamment à la recherche d'opportunités pour optimiser la qualité du service. Vous tenez compte de l’impact sur les apps et les données lors de l’optimisation des processus. Vous recherchez des processus simples et efficaces dans lesquels les attentes envers chaque acteur sont définies. Vous définissez, analysez et améliorez les KPI. Vous osez remettre en question les KPI des Process Owners. Vous assistez le Process Owner dans le cadre d'audits internes. Vous contribuez à l'implémentation des recommandations. Vous diffusez la documentation et les informations afin de garantir une application uniforme des processus à travers toutes les entités.
Un job fait pour vous ?
Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelor ou vous possédez une expérience équivalente. ET Vous disposez d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en process management, process modelling et process reengineering, et êtes familier avec Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, Value Stream Mapping, RASCI, Turtle diagram ...

C'est un atout d'avoir une connaissance en SAP HR et/ou SuccessFactors.
