De functiehouder staat in voor het:
Opvolgen/ behandelen van IT-incidenten (issues, vragen en problemen) die zich voordoen m.b.t. het gebruik van de CREFIUS-software, in eerste instantie in de productie-omgeving, d.i. eerste en tweede lijn-support, Organiseren van de installaties om nieuwe software in productie te stellen – Coördinatie v/h draaiboek, Communiceren m.b.t. productie-problemen (courant en zeker in geval van crisis-situaties)Hoofdtaken
Behandelen van de diverse IT-incidenten: Behandelen van de gemelde “IT-incidenten”, door interne en externe gebruikers of vanuit de systemen, m.b.t. de diverse CREFIUS “krediet”-toepassingen teneinde de continuïteit van de organisatie te garanderen,Delegeren naar 3 de line experts of externe partners indien nodig, op basis van eigen inschatting van urgentie, timing en impact op de business, zo nodig afgestemd met een IT-coördinator Opvolgen/Uitvoeren van periodieke batchuitvoeringen: Dagelijks nazicht van de uitvoering van de batchen in de verschillende omgevingen,Behandelen, in detail onderzoeken van de ‘incidenten’ die zich daarbij voordeden,Draaiboeken onderhouden resp. procedures lanceren ter uitvoering van de jaarlijkse batchen,Controles uitvoeren op periodiek aangemaakte output-files vooraleer de gegevens worden doorgestuurd – controle uitvoeren op de juiste verwerking van kritische input-bestanden. Coördinatie van de “Release” – installaties: Opstellen, opvolgen en (her)evalueren van het draaiboek,Organiseren en modereren van meetings m.b.t. een release-installatie,Opstellen van concrete actiepunten na een release-installatie,Opstellen van de instructies voor UAT (= user acceptance testen) door business-collega’s – samenbrengen en publiceren van de nodige gebruikersdocumentatie betreffende de te installeren nieuwigheden Medewerking aan projecten/ competence centers: Enerzijds de noden van de dagelijkse werking toe te voegen aan project requirements. Innovatief denken en voorstellen formuleren hoe de ‘cost of ownership’ door de nieuwe/ aangepaste software-toepassingen binnen de perken kan gehouden worden,Anderzijds de eigen werking van het team “Productiemonitoring”, de procedures, … aan te passen aan de geplande uitbreidingen (bv toelichting aan de collega’s) evenals de in productie stelling voorbereidenProfiel
Je hebt een Bachelor-Diploma (economisch – IT) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je bezit een relevante ervaring van minimum 3 jaar in een IT-organisatie met interne en externe klanten Je begrijpt snel hoe businessprocessen en IT-processen functioneren, Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis en ervaring op het vlak van IT-toepassingen Je hebt een goede kennis van hypothecaire kredietverstrekkingsprocessen, kennis van processen voor consumentenkredieten of professionele kredieten is een belangrijke meerwaarde Je hebt een analytisch vermogen en goeie communicatie skills, Je kan autonoom werken en oordelen over ernst, impact, … van de IT-problemen Je bent creatief en kritisch ingesteld Je drukt zich vlot uit in het Nederlands en in het Frans en je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels Technische expertise: Vertrouwd met de MS Office Tools,Goede kennis van relationele databases, T-SQL Scripting, SQL kennisDiverse technische tools voor monitoring, sturing van de IT-systemen, debugging, …We bieden je
