Ben jij een ervaren en gedreven M&A professional met een bewezen track record in het succesvol begeleiden van end-to-end fusies en overnames? Of heb je een duidelijke achtergrond als M&A Analyst en wil je de volgende stap zetten door alles te geven en veel bij te leren? Heb je een scherp oog voor kansen en risico's en ben je in staat om complexe deals tot een succesvol einde te brengen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou

Als M&A Manager bij deze firma speel je een cruciale rol in het volledige M&A proces, vanaf de initiële strategische planning tot en met de uiteindelijke integratie. Je wordt de drijvende kracht achter de groeistrategie van ons bedrijf en werkt nauw samen met het managementteam om waarde te creëren voor onze stakeholders.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  1. Strategische Planning:

    • Identificeren en analyseren van potentiële M&A-kansen die aansluiten bij de bedrijfsstrategie.
    • Uitvoeren van marktonderzoek en concurrentieanalyses om de haalbaarheid van potentiële transacties te beoordelen.

  2. Due Diligence:

    • Leiden van het due diligence-proces om alle relevante aspecten van een deal te evalueren, waaronder financiële, juridische, operationele en fiscale aspecten.
    • Coördineren van cross-functionele teams en externe adviseurs om een grondige analyse te waarborgen.

  3. Waarderingsanalyse:

    • Uitvoeren van gedetailleerde financiële modellering en waarderingsanalyses om de optimale dealstructuur te bepalen.
    • Onderhandelen over de financiële voorwaarden met tegenpartijen.

  4. Transactiestructurering:

    • Ontwikkelen van transactiestructuren die waarde maximaliseren en risico's minimaliseren.
    • Opstellen van overeenkomsten en coördineren van juridische aspecten van de transactie.

  5. Financiering en Integratie:

    • Identificeren van financieringsmogelijkheden en onderhandelen met financiële instellingen.
    • Leiden van het integratieproces na de transactie om operationele synergieën te realiseren.

  6. Rapportage en Presentatie:

    • Rapporteren aan het senior management en de Raad van Bestuur over de voortgang van M&A-activiteiten.
    • Presenteren van aanbevelingen en analyses aan stakeholders.
Profiles

Jouw profiel als M&A Manager:

  • Masterdiploma in Bedrijfskunde, Financiën of gerelateerd veld.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in M&A.
  • Uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Sterke onderhandelings- en communicatievaardigheden.
  • Bewezen leiderschap en projectmanagementvaardigheden.
Offer

Jouw verloningspakket voor de positie van M&A Manager:

  • Bruto jaarsalaris tot €90.000,- De exacte verloning is afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
  • Netto-onkostenvergoedingen tot €185 op maandbasis.
  • Maaltijdcheques van €8 per gewerkte dag. Dit resulteert al snel in €160 extra op maandbasis.
  • Ecocheques van €250 op jaarbasis.
