We are searching for a local HR Business Partner for our offices in Belgium (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

consulting the employees in Belgium with country-specific knowledge, ., employment law, location policies, audit requirements which are necessary to be delivered on site, etc. along HR Belgium standards and practices taking on HR assignments and HR projects supporting the business in the implementation of the respective business strategy and all business-relevant matters (., sick leaves, maternity leaves, escalations, after close consultation of priorities with the global HR BP focusing on front-end activities that deliver direct added value to the business from an HR perspective. acting as a reflection surface for the global HR BP for all local, business-related topics that need to be considered Working on HR Belgium systems along defined HR SOPs. Ensuring efficient collaboration with the Bruker Service Center.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human resources Data analytics: being able to collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources, such as employee surveys, performance reviews, turnover rates, and market trends, to provide insights and recommendations for improving people practices and outcomes Business acumen: having a solid grasp of the key drivers, processes, and financial aspects of the business, as well as the industry and competitive landscape, to align HR initiatives with business objectives and priorities Change management: being able to plan, implement, and evaluate change initiatives, such as organizational restructuring, culture transformation, or digitalization, to ensure smooth transitions and minimize resistance and disruption Communication: being able to communicate effectively and persuasively with different audiences and stakeholders, such as senior leaders, line managers, employees, and external partners, using various channels Ability to manage conflict situations Able to receive and provide constructive feedback Fluency in English & Dutch required
