Qu'allez-vous faire ?
Travailler avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins techniques et proposer des solutions basées sur le portefeuille de Securitas, en fonction des besoins spécifiques du client. Préparer des devis, des réponses qualitatives aux spécifications dans le cadre des solutions techniques de sécurité Securitas (caméra surveillance, contrôle d'accès, . Gérer le portefeuille de produits des fournisseurs pour le domaine qui lui a été attribué. Fournir un support aux commerciaux dans le processus de vente, de la qualification jusqu’à la signature de la commande. Suivre les tendances technologiques du marché et, à partir de là, identifier les nouvelles opportunités pour Securitas.
Quelles sont nos attentes ?
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master ou d'un Bachelor dans un domaine technique (ingénierie, électronique, ICT, sciences commerciales, ou d'une expérience équivalente. Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans une fonction avant-vente ou une fonction commerciale et technique similaire. Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et capacité à expliquer des informations techniques de manière compréhensible. Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière indépendante et d'établir des priorités dans un environnement dynamique. Vous vous exprimez couramment en néerlandais et en français, tant oral que écrit ; l'anglais est un plus. Connaissance des solutions de sécurité physique dans au moins un des domaines suivants : contrôle d'accès, caméra surveillance, intrusion, intelligence artificielle. Une connaissance générale de l'infrastructure informatique, des réseaux, de la cybersécurité et des systèmes de sécurité est un atout. Vous connaissez les méthodologies de gestion de projet (Prince2 ; Agile) et de gestion des services (ITIL).
