Job Description

Although no two days are ever the same, there are some things that as a cash office responsible you can expect to be involved in, including

  • Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience
  • Opening and closing the store and supporting the other members of the management team when required
  • Processing and banking daily sales
  • Inputting payroll
  • Taking ownership for the store audit result and training others on store operations
  • Receiving and processing deliveries
  • Replenishment
  • Being a COS brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers

Qualifications

To work as a cash office responsible, some previous work experience is needed, however we will also consider candidates that are:

  • Customer focused and thinking in a commercial way
  • Interested in trends and fashion
  • Communicative, positive and open-minded
  • Willing to learn, adaptable and action oriented
  • Collaborative, inclusive and supportive
  • Self-motivated, confident and resilient
  • Have good Dutch language skills is a plus
  • Excellent planning, organising and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and evenings when required
