YOUR ROLE:
Together with the brand team you will shape our brand image and build brand awareness on a corporate and local level, presence in 24 European countries. As Brand Activation Manager you will play a pivotal role in executing and enhancing the SD Worx brand and sub brands across all territories. For this you will develop and implement brand campaigns, events and programs that resonate with our target groups. You will be working closely together with central and local marketing teams helping to achieve our brand targets. Reporting directly into the Brand Director.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Campaign Development: conceptualize, plan and execute creative brand campaigns that align with SD Worx’s brand identity, strategy, and messaging. Campaigns and programs that drive awareness, consideration, and a love for SD Worx.
- Project management and support of local field marketeers for the execution and localization of brand campaigns and programmes: this includes the management of StudioWorx (internal creative agency) and external suppliers.
- Contribute to brand strategy and annual plan with innovative and unique ideas – including sportsponsorship activation or other brand experience based campaigns in collaboration with Brand Director.
- Analysing brand positioning, competitor’s activities and consumer insights in close collaboration with the R&I team and CX. Establishing ideal customer profiles/personas, targeting criteria, and messaging frameworks for our target groups
- Event Management: lead the planning and execution of select events to enhance (sub)brand visibility and engagement: hospitality, fairs and tradeshows. Manage budget, logistics, coordinate with vendors, and oversee on-site event operations to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
- Campaign review, reporting and analytics in line with annual Brand plan
- Manage, analyze, and report budget and spending in line with total annual budget plan

- Experience in holistic 360 marketing functions: execution of advertising campaign, promotion and media buying, new media, digital communication planning/execution and brand activation.

KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
- Experience of campaign strategy and delivery is a must experience delivery of campaigns for global / multi-country audiences is desirable
- Experience with B2B market is preferred
- Experience using a range of social media platforms e.g., LinkedIn to build brand
- Working knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Analytics / Data Studio / UTM parameter
- High energy individual who is committed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with a creative vision and can-do-attitude
- Results focused individual with the ability to work independently
- Very strong verbal and written communication/proof reading skills in English (no need to be at native speaker level), with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels: junior/senior; internal/external; local/global)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
