Business Solutions Architect

Als Business Solutions Architect maak jij deel uit van het kernteam dat klanten van bij het prille begin begeleidt op hun weg naar een hogere digitale maturiteit.
Waar maak jij het verschil?
Alles start met luisteren naar je klant, en diens missie, uitdagingen en verwachtingen grondig begrijpen.
Je adviseert de klant over hoe end-to-end processen te verbeteren. Je analyseert hoe business applicaties die processen op de beste manier kunnen ondersteunen. Je spart voortdurend met klant en implementatiepartner.
Met andere woorden: jij bent de strategische bruggenbouwer tussen klant en implementatiepartner.
Samen met het project team neemt je een voortrekkersrol bij:
beschrijven van de business requirements analyseren en verbeteren van end-to-end bedrijfsprocessen applicatie vendor selectie voorbereiding, uitvoering en go-live van implementaties realiseren van change van het oude naar het nieuwe way of working.

Analytische beoordeling - Je analyseert de huidige systemen van de klant, diens business behoeften en hoe het applicatielandschap de business kan versterken; Business processen Je hebt expertise in end-to-end bedrijfsprocessen in supply chain, productie, finance, operations of sales; Communicatie Je communiceert duidelijk, gevat en professioneel met teamleden, klanten en externe leveranciers; Business applicatie kennis Je bent de go-to persoon voor grondige algemene business applicatiekennis (ERP, CRM, ) met hun sterktes en zwaktes; Probleemoplossend Je bent een sterke problem solver. Je kan snel van richting veranderen wanneer klantspecificaties of systemen dit vragen; Personal leadership Je durft standpunten innemen, adviseert je klanten, stuurt bij, hakt knopen door, bent nieuwsgierig en wekt vertrouwen; Team player je gelooft in de mindset om als team te winnen.Deze kennis of ervaring heb je:
Je werkte ten minste vijf jaar als Solutions Architect of Functioneel Consultant bij implementatieprojecten van ERP- en/of gerelateerde applicaties als CRM, APS, MES, BI Je hebt vijf of meer jaar ervaring als consultant, met client-facing werk Je hebt grondige ervaring in ERP, met applicaties als Microsoft Dynamics AX/, of andere Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels en hebt een masterdiplomaWat mag je van Moore Belgium verwachten?
