Visual Merchandiser

What you do

Creating visually appealing retail environments to strengthen our SynQ Workwear brand in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Listening to and processing requests from distributors regarding store visualizations and SIS systems, as well as installing these visualizations at distributors. Coordinating and executing in-store promotional activities, such as displays, demonstrations, and sampling. Training distributors on product features, branding guidelines, and sales strategies. Managing inventory levels at various distributors and replenishing in a timely manner. Developing strategies, in collaboration with the Sales Manager, Marketing team, and Product Development, to optimize the presentation of our SynQ Workwear brand at our distributors, drive sales, and strengthen brand identity. Providing all-around support for trade shows and events.

Who you are

You have at least a Bachelor's degree (Marketing / Sales / …). Relevant experience is a plus. You have an affinity for visual merchandising and are aware of the latest trends and developments. You are customer-oriented, hands-on, and have excellent communication skills. You work independently while respecting deadlines and paying attention to detail. You maintain a close collaboration with the Sales Managers and the Marketing team. You enjoy working on the move (Benelux). You have fluent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
