Hoe je zal bijdragen?
Je zult:
Nauw samenwerken met de line leader(s) en hen assisteren om de SQCDSM-doelstellingen (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale) te realiseren voor de productie-lijnen. Hierbij zul je dagelijks deelnemen aan de DMS-vergadering (dagelijkse managementsystemen) op shift- en lijnniveau. Verantwoording opnemen voor het definieren, instellen en beheersen van technische center-lining parameters dankzij systematische uitvoering van preventieve controles voortkomend uit onderhoudsplannen, gedefinieerd op asset-niveau. Dagdagelijks een team techniekers aansturen en ondersteunen in volcontinu regime die instaan voor 1)storingen oplossen 2) preventieve spotchecks uitvoeren 3)meewerken aan Root Cause Analyses (RCA) en Break Down Analyses (BDA). Continu zoeken naar de best-haalbare planning efficiëntie , dankzij goede synergiën en afspraken met productie-/engineering- en planningsafdelingen. Ontwikkelen, verantwoordelijk zijn en uitvoeren van preventieve en tijdgebaseerde onderhoudssystemen en -plannen van de lijn(en) een gedetailleerde onderhoudsplanning opstellen, de uitvoering hiervan opvolgen om maximaal compliant te zijn met vooropgestelde onderhoudsfrequenties. Waar nodig opvolgwerkorders inplannen na uitvoering van interventies door techniekers en/of externe service techniekers. in balans houden en opvolgen van de onderhouds- en reparatiekosten van de lijn ten opzichte van vooropgesteld budget per lijn Technische en onderhoudsvaardigheden opbouwen (minimaal 50% van de tijd besteden) van de technici die in de ploegen werken, zodat ze in staat zijn om hun apparatuur zelf te bedienen en onderhouden Deel uitmaken van de Preventive Maintenance PM -pijler , verantwoordelijk zijn voor alle PM-systemen en -werkprocessen op lijnniveau en een aantal ervan leiden op afdelingsniveau Samenwerken met het Asset and Reliability-team voor systeemverbetering en uitvoering van speciale onderhoudstaken; verantwoordelijk zijn voor change management op de lijnen, lokalisatie van reserveonderdelen en goede analyse van storingen en R&M-kostenreductie voor de lijn(en) Vertegenwoordigen van de afdeling/lijn(en) als technologieverantwoordelijke van de site in de regionale en globale technologieforums Helpen bij Vertical Start Up (VSU) met de nieuwe initiatieven en het VSU-team faciliteren; de lijnleider helpen op het gebied van interne en externe benchmarking en hertoepassing; de deskundige zijn op het gebied van een van de componentcategorieën en een trainer zijn van PM-gerelateerde onderwerpen voor de fabriekJouw profiel

Geavanceerde kennis op vlak van autonoom onderhoud (AM) systemen en progressief onderhoud (PM) systemen Op zelfstandige basis de toegewezen apparatuur te onderhouden in basiscondities, inclusief het uitvoeren van AM en PM (storingsonderhoud (BD), gepland onderhoud) standaarden voor specifieke apparatuur en Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Het vermogen om techniekers individueel op te leiden, te kwalificeren en te coachen naar een hoger expertise-niveau. gemeenschappelijke opportuniteitsgebieden stimuleren over de hele lijn met een PDCA-aanpak - Plannen, Doen, Controleren, Aanpassen. In staat zijn om als line leader te werken, doel/masterplan voor de lijn ontwikkelen en afstemmen, inzetten en managen van Individual Development Plan (IDP) voor de leden, coachen van teamleden op hun prestatiemanagement en loopbaanontwikkelingBen je klaar om het te maken bij Mondelēz International?
