Functieomschrijving

Als applicatiespecialist met ervaring ben je cruciaal voor het succesvol uitrollen en optimaliseren van ons RIS (Radiologie Informatie Systeem) en PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). Je wordt onderdeel van ons serviceteam en speelt een essentiële rol in het nauw samenwerken met gebruikers, waaronder radiologen, artsen en applicatiebeheerders. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten niet alleen het bieden van functionele ondersteuning, maar ook het actief meedenken over de verdere ontwikkeling van onze systemen.

Een belangrijk aspect van jouw rol is het leveren van ondersteuning aan ons sales team bij het demonstreren van onze oplossingen aan potentiële klanten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen met betrekking tot het product, waardoor je een cruciale brug vormt tussen technische expertise en klantbehoeften.

Onze oplossingen worden intern ontwikkeld, wat betekent dat jouw input van onschatbare waarde is voor het verbeteren van de functionaliteiten en het vormgeven van toekomstige ontwikkelingspaden. Je zult nauw samenwerken met het ontwikkelingsteam en directe feedback geven over nieuwe functies of aanpassingen aan bestaande software.

Een groot deel van jouw werk zal bestaan uit het interactief communiceren met klanten en gebruikers, zowel ter plaatse in ziekenhuizen en radiologiepraktijken als op afstand. Dit betekent dat je niet alleen technische expertise moet bieden, maar ook uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden moet hebben om effectief te kunnen inspelen op de behoeften en uitdagingen van onze klanten.

Kortom, als applicatiespecialist ben je een essentiële schakel in het leveren van hoogwaardige ondersteuning aan onze klanten, het faciliteren van de groei van onze systemen en het waarborgen van een optimale gebruikerservaring binnen de medische sector.
