Omschrijving
Je bent de Servant Leader en Coach van het IAM Engineering Scrumteam binnen Belfius Technology. Dankzij jouw ondersteuning bij Agile ceremonies, scrumboards, sprint planning en support aan de Product Owner kan het team hun ontwikkelopdrachten realiseren.
De job in een notendop
Je ondersteunt het scrumteam bij haar ontwikkelopdracht en bij het oplossen van incidenten.
Je elimineert blokkerende elementen en bevordert de dynamiek van het scrumteam om het performant en autonoom te maken op basis van Agile-praktijk.
Je moedigt het scrumteam aan om initiatieven te nemen om de dynamiek, teamgeest en prestaties te bevorderen.
Je bent de mentor van het scrumteam, je helpt hen verder ontwikkelen en je intermedieert in geval van interpersoonlijke conflicten.

Een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in Informatica, Engineering, Sciences of Business Engineering, Security Een eerste werkervaring als scrum master of project manager Een passie voor technologie en interesse in de allernieuwste ontwikkelingen Vlotte communicatie (NL of FR en EN) naar technische en niet-technische profielen Coaching vaardigheden en teamspiritJe scoort extra met:
