Jobbeschrijving Business Analyst
Als Business Analyst help je bij het opsporen en definiëren van bedrijfsproblemen. Je doet dit door het verzamelen en interpreteren van gegevens uit verschillende bronnen. Zo breng je bijvoorbeeld de huidige processen in beeld en bepaal je de vereisten voor mogelijke oplossingen. Vanaf het moment dat de problemen in kaart zijn gebracht, zoek je naar mogelijke oplossingen.
Je bent communicatief sterk en analytisch ingesteld.
Het is voor jou geen probleem om de business needs van de klant om te zetten naar innovatieve, strategische en toekomstgerichte oplossingen. Bovendien ben je ook een held in het vertalen van het vakjargon zodat alle teams begrijpen waar het over gaat. Het schrikt je niet af om workshops te geven om zo mogelijke oplossingen voor te stellen.

maak je deel uit van een productteam waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat het ontwikkelde product voldoet aan de functionele vereisten van de gebruikers ben je de verbindende factor tussen het business en IT-department. speur je de noden en behoeften van de klant op door middel van workshops en bevragingen, en zorg je door jouw fijngevoeligheid en je communicatieve vaardigheden dat je een complete set van requirements kan voorleggen heb je voor elke mogelijke behoefte steeds aandacht voor het “waarom” en voor elke uiteindelijke behoefte beschrijf je een duidelijke oplossing leg je de functionaliteiten uit en coördineer je mee het ontwikkelingsproces waak je erover dat alle behoeftes en wensen van de gebruiker op een correcte manier worden geïmplementeerd sta je in vele gevallen ook het testteam bij
Soft skills Business Analyst
je bent flexibel, kritisch en communicatief zeer sterk je bent vindingrijk, proactief en hebt een daadkrachtige aanpak je bent assertief en streeft deadlines na met een aantal mogelijke scenario’s je bent iemand met een hands-on mentaliteit, gaat er iets mis, dan ga je meteen aan de slag om het op te lossen je hebt de wil om continu bij te leren en nieuwe informatie op te nemen.
Hard skills Business Analyst
je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring als business analist je hebt een diepgaande kennis van databases / datamodellering je hebt een goede kennis van gangbare methodologieën zoals Scrum, Agile… je hebt ervaring met het uittekenen van intuïtieve user interfaces heb je enige technische bagage (gegevensbeheer, OO-concepten… ), dan maak je ons nóg enthousiaster
