machines that produce complex metallic assemblies for aircraft and space launchers as well as advanced Thrust Vectoring Systems for space launchers.

SABCA Brussels is also the home to our "Unmanned Autonomous Systems" aka: the drones solutions unit

Mission :

The methods agent is a specialist in developing detailed production processes. Starting from a general range or the overall definition of a process, they create the necessary technical documents for assembly production (phase sheets, detailed instructions, adjustment and monitoring instructions, etc.) using computer-aided design and manufacturing software (CATIA V5) if necessary. They report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager or a Manufacturing Engineer. They may be required to define small tools or equipment and assess process times at workstations.

Responsibilities :

Define and draft manufacturing ranges (SAP). Describe the resources needed for smooth operational phases based on technical drawings and standards (for hydraulic, mechanical, or electrical product realization). Write work instructions required for manufacturing and inspecting parts or finished products. Monitor various aspects (adherence to instructions, technical responses, non-conforming elements, procedures). Participate in selecting manufacturing/assembly methods within a project group. Provide technical support to production (problem-solving considering unforeseen circumstances). Forward modification requests to the engineering team. Serve as a technical interface between engineering and production teams, offering solutions to technical problems related to product realization. Conduct industrialization lessons learned (retex). Take responsibility and actions in the company at your level with regard to the ISO standard

Profile :

Technical knowledge in mechanical manufacturing and assembly. Proficient in reading technical drawings. Analytical mindset with good organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with Catia V5 drawing software (an advantage).

Experience Required :

- Education level: Bachelor's degree or less with over 2 years of professional experience in mechanical assembly.

Languages :

- Proficiency in both national languages (French/Dutch).

- Basic knowledge of German and technical English is a plus.

Selection Criteria for Internal Candidates :

• At least two years of seniority at SABCA.

AND

• At least one year of seniority in the current role.
