CONTEXT

In Brussel werken meer dan 400 geëngageerde medewerkers hand in hand om de acties van AZG in verschillende landen over de hele wereld te coördineren en laten schitteren in de ogen van het grote publiek. Binnen Artsen zonder Grenzen België is de afdeling Communication & Fundraising verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie- en fondsenwervingsactiviteiten in België, evenals voor de operationele communicatieactiviteiten in en rond de landen waar medische en humanitaire operaties van Artsen zonder Grenzen worden uitgevoerd.

Als Strategic, Corporate and Philanthropic Manager kom je bij de afdeling Communication & Fundraising in Brussel terecht en werk je in een vriendelijke, constructieve en ambitieuze sfeer. Je rapporteert aan de Supporter Development Manager en geeft leiding aan een ervaren team van 6 medewerkers. Het is jouw taak om deel te nemen aan de ontwikkeling van de fondsenwervingsstrategie door strategische samenwerkingen voor acquisitie en loyaliteit te ontwikkelen met vier belangrijke soorten spelers: bedrijven, grote schenkers, stichtingen en erfgenamen.

Om de meerjarendoelstellingen te bereiken, zul je:

Innovatieve voorstellen en een visie voor de algemene fundraising strategie formuleren Ervoor zorgen dat het imago van AzG op de juiste manier overgebracht wordt aan de verschillende doelgroepen en een bevoorrechte band creëren tussen hen en AzG.

Hiertoe werk je samen met de andere teams en leden van de afdeling, in een projectmatige managementaanpak, en met de andere afdelingen van AzG.

VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Voor de ontwikkeling van de afdeling "Strategische partnerschap" ontwikkelt je een strategie, zowel als tools en neemt je deel aan de uitvoering ervan. Op basis van jouw expertise initieert, test, ontwikkelt en waarborgt je de duurzaamheid van de strategie, op lange termijn, die gericht is op het werven van nieuwe schenkers en het behouden van schenkers die AzG al steunen.

Hiervoor rekent je op een grondig kennis van de hefbomen voor acquisitie (nieuwe schenkers) en behoud (bestaande schenkers). Je hebt ook een goede beheersing van de hefbomen van inbound marketing (contentstrategieën, leadgeneratie, leadnurturing, enz.).

Rekening houdend met de belangrijkste oriëntaties van AZG, lopende projecten en de wereldwijde communicatie- en fondswervingstrategie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

Het onderhouden van hechte banden met schenkers en toekomstige schenkers , door middel van persoonlijke ontmoetingen en evenementen Het definiëren van doelen en het ontwikkelen van het netwerk van AzG met zakelijke beslissers, stichtingen, erflaters en particuliere schenkers Campagnes voor nalatenschappen ontwikkelen Een concrete deelname aan de uitvoering van activiteiten samen met de leden van je team (bijv. schrijven, proeflezen, het verkrijgen van bij de operationele en financiële afdelingen). De doelportefeuille beheren , met name door gebruik te maken van de schenkersdatabase en Hubspot CRM voor digitale contacten Het team en de projectbudgetten beheren: Opstellen en bewaken van het budget dat nodig is om de strategie uit te voerenResultaten analyseren, regelmatig rapporten opstellen en eventuele corrigerende maatregelen voorstellen Contacten onderhouden met internationale activiteiten: Deelnemen aan werkgroepen met teams van andere AZG-afdelingen (delen van ervaring en goede praktijken) Een team leiden: Aanwerven, begeleiden, adviseren, ondersteunen, motiveren en verenigen van het teamOntwikkelen van de vaardigheden van het personeelOptreden als referentiepunt voor strategische vragenRichtlijnen opstellen, doelstellingen bepalen en prestaties evalueren Gewenst profiel

Opleiding en ervaring

Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring op een werkterrein met vergelijkbare verantwoordelijkheden (acquisitie en behouden van schenkers; public relations; uitvoeren van campagnes en verhalende en financiële rapportage) Ervaring in teambeheer
