As HR Legal Counsel and Social Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing legal support to HR and business stakeholders, including managing disciplinary sanctions, handling various types of departures (redundancies, negotiated departures, transactions), supporting management of bodies like works councils, CPPT, and internal/external meetings with social partners.
The role also includes preparatory work for drafting and negotiating company agreements, legal research and social/regulatory monitoring, as well as litigation management.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Master's degree in Labor Law or relevant experience in employment law/HR functions, preferably in an industrial or service environment;
- A generalist approach to HR, strong knowledge of individual and collective labor law;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- And fluency in both Dutch and French.
