As the Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that guests experience exceptional service and luxury throughout their stay. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a difference and contribute to the success of our client's hotel operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Reservation Department to strategically plan the market mix, maximizing room occupancy while meticulously recording all relevant details.
  • Ensure that all Front Desk services are available and executed efficiently, consistently meeting our high standards. Provide on-the-job training and supervision to front office staff.
  • Set departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures. Uphold the hotel's commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.
  • Address guest complaints promptly, efficiently, and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct employee performance appraisals, review and discuss staff personal development plans, and identify areas for improvement. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Ensure all employees fully understand and adhere to the organization's policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure punctuality, grooming standards, and uniform adherence of all employees. Be a role model for professionalism.


RequirementsProfil
  • Previous experience in a managerial position within the Front Office Department.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with Opera Property Management System (PMS).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French. Dutch or any other European language is a plus
  • Exceptional customer care and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance in line with the company's standards.
