Nous recrutons un responsable de rayon pour boutique à La Vallée Village. Il s'agit d'une opportunité fantastique de rejoindre une entreprise solide et prospère avec des plans de croissance ambitieux mais réalistes. Ce poste est responsable de la réalisation des objectifs de vente et de profit. Vous gérez et coordonnez les opérations quotidiennes du magasin et du personnel de vente et vous rendez compte des résultats de votre travail à votre directeur de magasin. Vous travaillez en permanence à l'amélioration de la qualité du service dans celui-ci et vous vous assurez que l’esprit du magasin est conforme à l'identité de l'entreprise.
Responsabilités
Formation au minimum de niveau baccalauréat. Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente au détail avec des responsabilités croissantes, dont au moins 1 an d'expérience en gestion. Vous savez établir et entretenir des relations et vous aimez travailler avec différents départements, vous pensez à l'avenir et vous apportez de la structuration. Grande expérience et capacité à assurer un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle chez un détaillant de marque. Expérience dans le domaine de la vente au détail, de la budgétisation, de la planification, du service à la clientèle, du leadership et de la vente requise. Communiquer honnêtement, ouvertement et de manière constructive. Renforcer l'esprit d’équipe. Contribuer à une culture inclusive de styles et de talents divers travaillant vers un objectif précis. Faire preuve de souplesse et d'innovation en reconnaissant et en réagissant à l'évolution de l'environnement commercial. Fixer des objectifs ambitieux mais réalisables en mettant l'accent sur la qualité du service et la satisfaction du client, ainsi que sur les performances financières. Vous aimez travailler avec des clients étrangers. Il est important que vous parliez couramment l'anglais ; une autre langue européenne est un atout.
