As a Wound Care Product Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare institutions, professionals, and key stakeholders to drive the sales and adoption of their medical products.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, product knowledge, and a customer-centric approach to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities to develop the current portfolio in the assigned region.
  • Expand products adoption within existing accounts.



Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain continuous collaboration with the current client's portfolio.



Product Expertise:

  • Represent the products and the brand expertise.
  • Stay updated on the features and the innovative medical and hygiene products in the portfolio.



Customer Support:

  • Serve as main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and address customer feedback, working to continuously improve products and service.



Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to contribute to the development of effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to enhance product visibility.



Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities, sales forecast and customer interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, summarizing key performance indicators, market trends and account status.

As the successful Account Manager Wound Care Hainaut, you will have the following requirements:

  • You have 5-years experience in Healthcare sector and ideally you are familiar with wound products.
  • You have experience in Sales /Account Management, ideally as an Hunter Profile, with the willingness and dynamism to identify new opportunities.
  • You are fluent in French and you have a good knowledge in English.
  • You are located in the Hainaut region.
  • You are autonomous to manage your region independently.
