Your Role

As a UX Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience and business value of our products. We're looking for someone confident who can take the lead in research and drive design solutions by working closely together with our product and engineering teams. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • User Research: You’ll organize and lead UX and technical sessions and workshops with all relevant stakeholders to discover how challenges can be resolved, striving to achieve the set goals of each product increment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and drive design solutions, aligning them with business objectives and user needs.
  • Validate proposed solutions: compare and run through different wireframes and prototypes with various stakeholders to find gaps in proposed solutions and corroborate or refute assumptions.
  • Prototyping & Testing: Develop interactive prototypes, test them with users, and iterate based on feedback to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Design: Translate strategy and requirements into storyboards, flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in UX design in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and understanding of platform constraints.
  • Research & Analysis: Strong ability to conduct and lead user research initiatives, translating findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Communication: Effective in communicating design decisions to both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working in a team environment and providing constructive feedback.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
  • Inquisitive nature: Strong desire to get to know the daily experience of end users and stay up to date with evolutions in the market
