Actemium geeft advies over, ontwerpt, realiseert en ondersteunt industriële processen. Als Validation Lead Engineer bij Actemium ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en uitvoeren van het volledige validatieplan en -proces. De mensen hier bij Actemium creëren méér dan oplossingen voor de industrie. Ze staan aan de basis van die technologische innovaties die de industriële revolutie bepalen. Je functie
· Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van de validatieactiviteiten en -concepten en bent betrokken bij het volledige traject van het project
· Je maakt commissioning en qualification documenten die behoren bij de projectuitvoering zoals PQP plan, risk assessment, traceability matrix, FAT/SAT testplannen, FAT/SAT testprotocollen, FAT/SAT testrapporten, change control documenten, etc.
· Je schrijft procedures (SOP’s) met betrekking tot de uitvoering van onze projecten als uitbreiding van ons kwaliteitssysteem (QMS). De projecten hebben betrekking specifiek voor klanten in het segment Life Sciences. Bij uitbreiding kan dit ook geïntegreerd worden in het segment Chemie.
· Je staat in voor de rol quality assurance op een project, en zorgt voor de review van design documenten. Hierbij bewaak je de output naar de klant.
· Je maakt trainingen op een trainingsplatform voor de medewerkers om de projecten uit te voeren volgens het kwaliteitssysteem en procedures.
· Hierbij controleer je of de medewerkers de juiste competenties hebben om een bepaalde rol in het project op te nemen.
· Je creëert templates en richtlijnen om sneller en efficiënter aan validatie te doen, rekening houdend met laatste technologieën
· Je bent op de hoogte van de meest recente industriële normen en voorschriften en geeft advies aan klanten en collega’s
· We zorgen voor een grondige opleiding, zowel theoretisch als praktijkgericht, met actieve coaching
Je profiel
· Master in een technische of wetenschappelijke richting
· Min. 5 jaar ervaring ervaring in een GMP-omgeving, je bent vertrouwd met termen als FDA, data integrity, PQP, PLC, CSV en V-model. Je hebt kennis van de GAMP5 methodieken.
· Kennis/ervaring data migratie validatie projecten is een pluspunt
· Je bent communicatief, overtuigend, stressbestendig en flexibel
· Je hebt oog voor detail, een innovatieve manier van denken en een ‘hands on’ mentaliteit
· Flexibel, nauwkeurig en gepassioneerd door automatisatie en Industry 4.0
