We are looking for a Medical Solutions Lead dermatology BeLux who is fluent in French, Dutch and English and knows the local healthcare compliance and pharma environment to join us in our ABN (Alps, Benelux, North European) immunology Medical team, based in our Headquarter, Anderlecht, Belgium

About the role

Ensuring the highest possible scientific standards in the implementation of the strategy and the tactical execution in BeLux together with the Field Medical Lead (FML) and the Ecosystem Lead (ESL). Responsible for the local adaptation and translation of appropriate scientific content and securing connection with Alps Benelux and Nordics region Team. In relation to this you will address barriers to the efficient development of materials and assets for the field. Responsible for building the local medical Patient Value Brand Plan in BeLux in collaboration with the MSLs and FML /ESL. Ensure the delivery of high value for patients, HCPs and Payers according to the highest standards of science, ethics, compliance and quality. Show strong collaboration skills with all internal and external stakeholders and specifically with the solution leads, the medical team and the ESL.

What you’ll do  

Solutions – localization and implementation of the scientific solutions within the global Patient Value Strategy: Implement the local medical solutions as they were defined in the local Patient Value PlanLocalize global medical solutions for BeLux in line with local insights and budgetImplement specific local solutions in a timely manner according to the Patient Value Plan (eg. MSL materials, advisory boards, Real World Evidence, local and international congresses, medical trainings for customer facing roles, contribute to cycle meetings…) and ensure the project management and budget follow-upEnsure all promotional and medical solutions have obtained local compliance approvalPartner with the necessary external stakeholders on key projects that will drive patient value and responsible to keep the MSLs informed.Align with the Marketing Solution Lead to ensure the highest scientific standards of promotional materials and projectsReference point for guidelines initiatives in terms of scientific contentTo be the reference scientific expert for National market access initiatives like national negotiations & HTA submissions Planning – Collaborate on annual planning processes : Collaborate on the annual local Patient Value Plan (PVP). Integrate and align global medical strategies and tactics in local PVP.Collaborate with the ESL Immunology BELUX and the FML dermatology ABN region to ensure that the local PVP initiatives are optimally balanced to drive maximum patient value from a Patient Environment’s point of view. Connectivity: Ensure appropriateness and consistency of contents dissemination through the different stakeholder facing roles across the BeLux eco-systems during training sessions and cycle meetings (including alliance partner trainings).Building partner relationship with key external (agencies, key opinion leaders, patient association, health authorities,) and internal stakeholders.

education in scientific domain or equivalent Dutch, French and English proficiency is mandatory. Experience in working within multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of local healthcare compliance and pharma environment. Strong written and verbal communications. Experience in medical plan execution. Affinity with omnichannel approach. knowledge in the dermatology / immunology area would be an asset
