ZEISS is een toonaangevende speler in de metrologie. Naast de klassieke tactiele meetmachines bevat het portfolio ook CT machines en optische meetsystemen. Wist jij dat je met deze optische systemen een volledige digitale kopie van je product kan maken in slechts enkele minuten tijd? Wil jij ook bijdragen aan het succes van onze optische meetsystemen?
Als Application Engineer binnen Industrial Quality Solutions ben jij een belangrijk gezicht van ZEISS bij de klant. Jij bent een expert in onze optische 3D meetmachines. Onze klanten bevinden zich in verschillende sectoren: automobiel, lucht- en ruimtevaart, consumptiegoederen, etc... Vanuit onze vestiging in Haasrode neem je actief deel aan zowel pre-sales activiteiten als after-sales activiteiten. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de werkzaamheden binnen de Benelux. Je werkt samen in een team van 7 application engineers en rapporteert aan de application manager.
Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?
Ondersteuning van de sales projecten door het deelnemen aan systeemdemonstraties.
Daarnaast neem je ook deel aan beurzen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van je eigen klantenbestand.
Je geeft software trainingen aan zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten.
Je verzorgt de opstart van nieuwe systemen op locatie bij onze verschillende klanten.
Je doet aan troubleshooting en geeft software support aan bestaande klanten.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je bent klantgericht en communicatief en houdt ervan om zelfstandig te kunnen werken. Je hebt affiniteit met CAD applicaties, werktuigbouw of meettechniek. Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een extra plus. Omdat onze klanten in de gehele Benelux zitten, ben je flexibel en bereid om af en toe te reizen. Je woont op berijdbare afstand van ons kantoor in Leuven en beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
