Clinical Study Associate

Hobson Prior is working closely with a leading pharmaceutical organisation who is seeking a Clinical Study Associate. This role is a permanent position based in Diegem. The successful candidate will be accountable for tracking study documents and ensuring the completeness of the Trial Master File for assigned clinical studies. This role requires proficiency in Dutch.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Key Responsibilities
- Track study essential documents and ensure the completeness of the Trial Master File for assigned clinical studies.
- Create and distribute regulatory binders and the wet-ink signed documents binder.
- Assist study staff and investigators in resolving issues related to Study Files.
- Assist in communicating important clinical data and events internally.
- Maintain and track relevant activities in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
- Provide safety documentation to other functional groups for safety committee meetings as requested.
- May assist with study supplies creation, ordering, and distribution to the sites.
- May assist with device tracking and ordering if required.
- Assist with logistics for Investigator meetings/expert panel meetings.
- Assist with distribution of newsletters.
- Participate in process improvement activities related to CTMS within the department.
Requirements
- Previous experience in clinical research.
- Previous administrative support experience.
- Clinical/medical background is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
