Job Summary

Terumo Europe is seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist within the Pharmaceutical Solutions Division (PSD). Reporting to the Marketing Communication Manager, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our digital presence and contributing to our overall business strategy.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Digital Marketing

Spearhead the development and implementation of a captivating digital content marketing strategy. Collaborate with business stakeholders to design optimized digital customer journeys for awareness and education. Create, edit, and refine high-impact digital content across various channels, ensuring a seamless omnichannel approach. Identify and increase business opportunities by: Improving SEO to revise and optimise dated content. Managing digital campaigns to drive awareness and demand generation. Writing newsletters and creating video and photographic content at events. Modifying and enhancing imagery in Photoshop. Supporting the creation and modification of graphic content for digital material in InDesign. Managing a Digital Asset Management system (DAM) to file all photos and videos.
Manage agency partners to deliver multiple projects in an efficient and timely manner. Coordinate the digital marketing calendar and the PSD Marketing Roadmap. Oversee website management and enhancement projects. Support internal digital communication efforts and information sharing, as well as current digital applications. Support the MarCom team with preparation and execution of exhibitions and internal and external events.

Analytics & Recommendations 

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital channels, providing insights for continuous improvement. Support product introductions with tactical programs and track results.

Profile Description

Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. Proficiency in digital marketing automation software, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Knowledge of web publishing and proficiency with SEO-tools. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and foster cross-functional collaboration. Exceptional time management and multitasking skills. Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail. Copywriting skills in the pharmaceutical and medical device setting. Willingness to travel occasionally.
