CONTEXT
De afdeling Communicatie en Fundraising van Artsen Zonder Grenzen in Brussel omvat de communicatie- en fondsenwervingsactiviteiten van AZG in België, en de zgn. operationele communicatie-activiteiten voor de landen waar AZG projecten heeft.
Communicatie en fundraising bij AZG België omvat 2 grote teams: Public Engagement and acquisition en Supporter Development.
Binnen de entiteit "Supporter Development” en onder toezicht van de Strategic Partner Manager is het de taak van de Corporate Partnership Officer om een strategie uit te werken om AZG te laten samenwerken met bedrijven en een netwerk van corporate schenkers uit te bouwen en te onderhouden (rekening houdend met de ethische code en merkidentiteit van AZG). Teneinde de projecten van AZG op het terrein te financieren en hiervoor bedrijven te werven en te behouden om financiële middelen voor AZG te genereren.
VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
Strategische actieplannen opstellen, incl. Budget, rekening houdend met de deadlines, in functie van uitwerking, testfase en uitvoering Een marktanalyse maken voor de Belgische en de Internationale markten in de voor AZG relevante domeinen; Onderzoeken of de markt in kwestie strookt met de filosofie van AZG en de perceptie van de schenkers Contactmanagement met de verschillende doelgroepen Opstellen en onderhandelen van contracten,ism de juridische dienst van AZG Haalbaarheidsstudies en afstemming op corporate policy Financiële en inhoudelijke rapporten opstellen Relatiemanagement met de donerende bedrijven, de afgesproken return waarmaken. Proactief nieuwe prospectiemogelijkheden verkennen en voorstellen. Gebruik van (nieuwe) marketingtools en beoordelen van hun return on investment Rapporten opstellen, met zowel financiële als beschrijvende content. Netwerkactiviteiten, zoals deelname aan externe bedrijfsevents De productie van materiaal in het kader van acties opvolgen, de actie evalueren Meetings organiseren (zowel intern als met externen) rond werkoptimalisatie De bestaande fondsenwervingsstrategieën om nieuwe corporate partners aan te trekken, te fideliseren en te upgraden toepassen Met CRM-tool en inbound marketing werken om de fases van attract, convertie en delight van de bedrijven te optimaliseren Deelnemen aan internationale AZG-peer-werkgroepen (best practices uitwisselen) Actieve deelname aan de verdere uitbouw van een succesvol fondsenwervingsbeleid Gewenst profielOpleiding en ervaring
Bachelor- of masterdiploma, een opleidng in een menswetenschappelijke richting en/of in marketing is een pluspunt Minimum 3 jaar ervaring met netwerken en onderhandelen met partners Ervaring met het opstellen en voorbereiden van contracten is een pluspuntCompetenties
