As Account Manager for the Brussels region, you'll be responsible for :

1. Taking over an existing portfolio of clients and further developing the collaboration with them. Ensuring the highest quality of client query follow up as it is the DNA of the company - you'll be supported by the logistics internal department of the company to ensure fast & smooth delivery on your clients orders. You'll be responsible to ensure communication between the client and the internal departments.

2. Embodying the company on your geographical scope : you have full autonomy to organise your weeks as you please. One priority : meeting your clients on site regularly to ensure close collaboration. You also participate to network events and fairs punctually.

3. As a true commercial you also ensure competitive intelligence - identifying approaching and converting prospects into partners as well as treating leads.

4. Collaborating closely with your team members - the team is small but packed with expertise and experience. You are expected to contribute to the team by sharing your market insights, interesting contacts as well as supporting your colleagues in technical/complex requests. You'll be able to expect the exact same from them.


The successful candidate will have

- minimum 5 years of field sales experience in B2B sales context

- preferably already in the field of catering, food & beverage services, horeca services

- speaking fluently French + a very good level of Dutch will be necessary for the success of this role

- a high level of autonomy : you appreciate being in charge of your own agenda and setting your own weekly targets while also being accountable for it. Your office will be your home & your car, presence in the office being only required for punctual teams meetings.

- in addition to those skills, you'll need to share the values of the company and of the team : highly qualitative service to the clients, honest and hard-working, energetic and proactive should be the right adjective to describe your professional personality if you want to fit in this team.


The right candidate for this position will receive

- a permanent long-term Belgian contract to start ASAP

- a fixed gross salary depending on experience level and experience in this field, between 3.5 & 5k gross fixed/month

- a yearly bonus amounting up to 12% of your yearly gross salary

- an additional bonus based on targets for new clients acquisition

- a company car & fuel card

- insurances & pension

- 26 days off

- internet allowances monthly
