Quality Management:

  • In collaboration with the Quality Director and your Quality assistants colleagues, you define the quality policy and ensure its implementation at the operational level.
  • Central Scope: Walloon brabant & Flemish Brabant area (5 sites)
  • Improve the quality system and optimize products for deliver
  • Monitor the results of internal and external audits and control visits
  • You are responsible for written communication to certification and control bodies regarding comments and non-conformities.
  • Manage recipes in your area in accordance with product design procedures.
  • Provide advice on the choice of raw materials, considering optimal cost/performance ratios.
  • Manage recipe costs and continually seek optimization, as well as laboratory costs.



Team Management (+/- 5 FTEs)

  • Supervise Quality Engineer Assistants and Lab Technicians.
  • Provide internal/external training and presentations on concrete technology, raw materials, mixed products, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules.
  • Develop solutions considering environmental objectives (CO2 reduction, use of recycled resources, etc.).
  • Provide technical support to the sales force, promoting our solutions.
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal personnel in order processing, production, etc.
  • Support and contribute to applied R&D projects based on market needs.




  • University degree (Industrial Engineer - Construction/Building/Materials) or equivalent through experience.
  • Ideally, successfully completed the "Advanced Concrete Technology" course from GBB, Belgian Concrete Association.
  • At least 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the concrete sector or in a product quality management role.
  • Languages : Proficient in French and Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
  • Strong communication skills (listening and oral expression) and high-level writing abilities; persuasive with negotiation skills.

  • Mid-management position / permanent contract.
