Functie

Je beheert als Lead Contract Engineer (M/V/X) je projecten van A tot Z: dit gaat van het uitvoeren van de theoretische nazichten van rekennota’s en ontwerpen van studiebureaus, tot het uitvoeren van de controles op de werven betreffende de goede uitvoering. Eveneens expertises betreffende bouwkundige gebreken, de analyse hiervan en de formulering van remediëring zijn mogelijke opdrachten.

De projecten situeren zich binnen diverse domeinen zoals opdrachten met betrekking tot betonstructuren, staalconstructies, houtconstructies voor verschillende types gebouwen en kunstwerken. Uiteraard wordt voor de diverse controles en nazichten gebruik gemaakt van geavanceerde software.

De uitvoering van de opdrachten vinden doorgaans voor de helft plaats op het bureau (of van thuis) en voor de andere helft op het terrein.

Het is de bedoeling dat je volledig zelfstandig een aantal klanten en contracten beheert, inclusief het opstellen van offertes en de commerciële contacten met de klanten.

Profiel

Diploma: je bezit een masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting bijvoorbeeld master in de bouwkunde (Burgerlijk Ingenieur Bouwkunde, Industrieel Ingenieur) Ervaring:
 - Je kan terugblikken op 10 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een stabiliteitsbureau of een studiedienst van een belangrijke aannemer / projectontwikkelaar
- Je bent sterk in het analyseren van de structurele enveloppe van een gebouw
- Je hebt kennis van berekeningen met softwaremodellen, BIM
-Je beschikt over een sterke troef indien je kennis hebt van Geotechniek en het behandelen van openbare
aanbestedingen Talenkennis: je ben Nederlandstalig en beschikt een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels. Soft skills:
- Je hebt zin voor initiatief en voor organisatie.
- Je legt vlot contact met klanten.
