Om de digitalisering van onze activiteiten en de integratie van nieuwe technologieën te versnellen, heeft Elia een speciaal ontwikkelingsprogramma opgezet voor technici die willen bijdragen aan de uitdagingen van de snel veranderende energiewereld. Dit programma biedt jou de mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan diverse onderhouds- en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten voor de hoogspanningsnetbeheerssystemen van morgen.
Als Digital Elektrotechnisch Technieker doorloop je een individueel begeleidingsprogramma verspreid over meerdere jaren:
Gedurende de eerste drie jaar werk je intensief samen met onze technische teams om praktische ervaring op te doen. Tijdens deze drie jaar ligt de nadruk op het ontwikkelen van een brede kennis van de wereld van hoogspanning en het verwerven van specialistische vaardigheden met betrekking tot onze beveiligingssystemen (Secundaire Systemen) via een combinatie van theoretische training en hands-on ervaring. Jij wordt verantwoordelijk voor het testen en implementeren van besturings- en beveiligingssystemen voor Elia's infrastructuur - het brein achter ons net. Deze systemen zijn sterk gedigitaliseerd en vereisen werk dat vergelijkbaar is met industriële programmering. Als lid van ons onderhoudsteam spoor je eventuele storingen op in ons systeem en stel je passende oplossingen voor.
Aan het einde van dit programma maak je deel uit van een gespecialiseerd Centralized Commissioning team dat specifieke taken uitvoert, zoals aanpassingen, incidentanalyse en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe normen. Dit team ontwikkelt ook de werkmethoden van de toekomst voor de integratie van nieuwe technologieën.

Jouw Profiel
Je hebt een scherp oog voor veiligheid en past dit toe in al jouw werkzaamheden. Je hebt een bachelor-diploma of technische opleiding in elektriciteit, elektronica, automatisering of elektromechanica, of een vergelijkbare ervaring. Je bent een teamspeler en staat klaar voor een op maat gemaakte uitdaging. Verantwoordelijkheid nemen zit in jouw natuur. Je bent leergierig en deelt graag kennis met collega’s. Efficiëntie en nauwkeurigheid zijn jouw sterkste punten. Je voelt je goed in een digitale werkomgeving waar basisvaardigheden in netwerkbeheer en het creëren, beheren en bijwerken van digitale informatie vereist zijn. Je hebt ervaring met administratieve software zoals MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) en bent bereid om technische software te leren voor specifieke toepassingen. Je hebt een rijbewijs (B) en bent bereid om je in België te verplaatsen naar onze verschillende installaties. Administratieve taken kunnen op verschillende locaties worden uitgevoerd.
