Our Software Testers have been breaking new ground in Quality Assurance in an Agile/ DevOps environment.

What does a QA Specialist do at Tobania?
You will be responsible for testing activities over multiple projects. Beside that you will also advise the product teams with an eye for improvement of quality. You will align testing activities with customer objectives and their strategy. While doing this, you are the liaison between management and project team(s) at a strategic level. Together with your team, you will build the best, most cutting- edge technologies. You will take an active roll through training, coaching and much more.
Who are we looking for?
Education: IT-related degree or similar by experience/ technical background.
Experience: Experience in Project Management, Tool selection, Implementation and workshop facilitation.
Languages: Fluent in Dutch, English and/ or French.
Expertise: Thorough knowledge of different testing strategies and testing solutions. Managing stakeholders and cultural awareness are no strangers to you.
Strenghts: You are a natural leader with strong communication skills who likes to coach and motivate others and make decisions when needed.
