Are you a recent graduate or a study coordinator with up to 2 years' experience?

Did you study in the life sciences/data sciences/data analytics/clinical/nursing area?

The aim of this role is to build the relationship with the site, to be the sole position accountable for the site performance, including driving the site successfully to initiation, the development of a robust patient recruitment strategy, setting up a system, assessing compliance with regulations and the site’s capability to comply with the study needs and recruitment expectations, and problem solving to address and resolve site issues.

Requirements:
  • Full Drivers license is required
  • Dutch or French language skills and have basic understanding of the other language (French/Dutch)
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in biological science, pharmacy or other health related discipline.
  • Up to 2 year' experience as a study coordinator / clinical research coordinator
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills within a matrixed team.
  • Experience working in a self-driven capacity, with a sense of urgency and limited oversight.
  • A client-focused approach to work and flexible attitude with respect to assignments/new learning.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, evaluate a variety of unpredictable scenarios and achieve project timelines while being able to apply your understanding of study protocol(s).An honest and ethical work approach to promote the development of life changing treatments for patients.
  • Strong computer skills, including but not limited to the knowledge of a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and MS-Office products such as Excel and Word.
