As a Talent Acquisition Advisor you will:

  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent through various channels
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and partner with them to define different business needs
  • Negotiate and extend job offers, facilitating the on boarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market conditions
  • Conduct thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and practices.

The candidate we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or in-house recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
