Action Coordinator( Lithuanian+Czech or Polish+English)

About the Role:
As an Uptime Coordinator, your primary focus will be delivering an exceptional experience for our customers during vehicle breakdowns, leaving a lasting impression of our brand. You will go the extra mile, acting as a key communicator between the customer, driver, and dealer to find solutions and get vehicles back on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage breakdown cases across Europe in the customer's native language.
- Handle essential information within our designated systems.
- Focus on customer needs and follow the defined breakdown process.
- Act as the primary communicator between all parties involved in the breakdown.
- Find suitable solutions for drivers and ensure a seamless process.
Requirements:
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Highly motivated with strong communication skills.
- Eager to share knowledge, learn, and exceed expectations.
- Supportive team player, willing to develop knowledge and skills.
- Flexible to work in a shift system.
- Proficiency in Czech and Polish, or Lithuanian and Polish. Other Eastern European languages are a plus, with a high level of English.
