Senior Business Analyst

A team focusing on business solutions in claims management is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead and contribute to essential projects that involve the development of business solutions for claims operations.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing projects, analyzing business needs, delivering solutions, conducting tests, and providing ongoing support.

• Manage projects within business solutions or across departments, including daily tracking of progress, planning, and budget monitoring.
• Analyze business needs, design solutions, and define requirements to guide IT teams.
• Define testing strategies, create test plans, and execute test scripts.
• Deliver and support implemented solutions.
• Serve as a bridge between IT and other departments like legal, marketing, etc.

• University degree (Business/Commercial Engineering, Applied Economic Sciences, IT) or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex topics.
• Critical thinker with attention to detail.
• Proactive and solution-driven.
• Comfortable working under deadlines.
• Capable of organizing tasks and working independently, while regularly reporting to management.
• Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Team player.

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience creating and executing test plans and scenarios (5-8 years).
• Familiarity with IT technologies and architecture (5-8 years).
• Experience as a Product Owner (2-5 years).
• Expertise in business analysis (5-8 years).
• Experience managing requirement backlogs (5-8 years).
• Proven ability to define and document requirements (5-8 years).
• Strong background in application testing (5-8 years).
• Solid organizational and planning skills (5-8 years).
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with good knowledge of the other.
• Fluent in English.
