Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative coordinator:
- You are the first point of contact for every suppliers, visitors,etc
- You are in charge of opening files, mission letters for clients, verification of data
- You manage the collaborators of the company by helping them in proving the right equipment, main functioning of the office, follow up of some files
- You manage the invoicing process, mainly preparation of invoicing, correction of invoices, making some payment etc
- You are in charge of the social media and website of the company
The person we are looking for:
- You already have experience in a similar function
- If you have some affinities with accounting it's a real plus
- You speak very good English, you have a good french, if you speak dutch it's great
- You are willing to be autonomous, flexible and work within a very small team
