Als Mechanical Product Developer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productontwikkeling van ontwerpfase tot productie.
Met je kritisch oog en verfrissende blik slaag je er in om telkens verbeterde of vernieuwende producten te ontwikkelen.
Je zoekt daarbij geschikte toeleveranciers en stemt de productie met hen af. Je blijft bovendien steeds up-to-date omtrent nieuwe productietechnieken en materialen.
Daarnaast hou je rekening met de gebruiksvriendelijke vereisten en de kwalitatief gewenste uitstraling zodat marktimplementatie vlot verloopt.
Door je nauw contact met interne sleutelpersonen verwerf je inzicht in de noden van de markt en bied je op jouw beurt technische ondersteuning aan het Aluvision team omtrent nieuwe ontwikkelingen.
Je rapporteert aan de R&D Manager.
Wat wordt er van je verwacht?
Je behaalde minstens een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technische richting (Elektromechanica, Productontwikkeling, Industrieel Ontwerp).
Een aantal jaar ervaring binnen productontwikkeling, kennis van aluminium is een groot pluspunt
3D tekenprogramma's zoals Inventor kennen voor jou geen geheimen meer.
Je durft ‘out of the box’ denken om vernieuwende oplossingen en ideeën voor te stellen.
Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail staan centraal.
Een hands-on ingesteldheid met een resultaatgerichte aanpak.
