En tant que responsable de l'audit interne (full scope) et des homologations, vous rapportez directement au Directeur commercial.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Conduire des visites techniques avec les clients pour l'homologation de nos usines partenaires en Afrique de l'Ouest, facilitant leur intégration dans les listes de fournisseurs homologués.
  • Coordination des activités d'audit et gestion des interactions avec les organismes de certification. Suivi et implémentation des normes ISO et des lois/règlements européens.
  • Rôle de Business Partner : s'assurer que les propositions d'amélioration formulées lors de l'audit interne soient comprises, implémentées et respectées par la société et ses usines partenaires
  • Analyse, rapport et publication : élaborer des analyses détaillées, rédiger des rapports d'audit et des publications pour documenter et partager les résultats des audits et des initiatives de conformité.

  • Diplôme en Gestion, Finance, Ingénierie ou équivalent
  • Francophone avec un bon niveau d'anglais (minimum B2), à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Expérience confirmée (minimum 4 années d'expérience) en audit interne, full-scope
  • Excellentes capacités analytiques et d'esprit critique
  • Mentalité de Business Partner : capacité de conseiller et coacher des équipes
  • Une première expérience dans un environnement industriel B2B est un atout considérable
  • Une première expérience en contact avec des zones de production, usines ou clients d'Afrique de l'Ouest est un atout considérable
  • Disponibilité pour voyager fréquemment (environ 2 à 3mois par an, pour des durées d'une à deux semaines maximum) auprès des usines partenaires en Afrique de l'Ouest, tous frais payés
