Procurement Officer

Als Procurement Officer maak je deel uit van ons departement ‘Purchase Administration’. Je zal terechtkomen in een gedreven en gemotiveerd team in ons hoofdkantoor te Antwerpen. Je speelt een belangrijk rol in de uitvoering en opvolging van ons aankoopbeleid. Ook zorg je voor de nodige ondersteuning en aanvulling voor onze lopende en nieuwe projecten waarbij je een duidelijke toekomstvisie naar voor kan brengen.
Wat ga je doen?
Je wordt medeverantwoordelijk gesteld voor een correcte opvolging en optimalisatie van onze aankoopprocessen en het aankoopbeleid. Je staat in voor de nodige onderhandelingen met de leveranciers en zorgt hierbij voor een objectief en correct leveranciersbeheer. Je werkt in projectverband en helpt mee om contracten te analyseren en verder uit te zoeken. Je maakt analyses van contracten en rapporteert deze aan de directie, management en andere betrokken partijen. Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid in het uitbreiden van je vakkennis en draagt bij tot een innovatieve en creatieve werkomgeving. Je biedt algemene ondersteuning van het departement Purchase Administration. Je beïnvloedt de groepsdynamiek op een positieve manier. Je bent op de hoogte van de contracten die met leveranciers worden afgesloten en leest je in over de voorwaarden, zodat je alle stakeholders ten allen tijden kan informeren over de voorwaarden.

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand die communicatief, analytisch en detailgericht ingesteld is. Je bent assertief en straalt vertrouwen en enthousiasme uit. Je kan goed werken in zowel teamverband als zelfstandig. Ook is de nodige discretie en nauwkeurigheid van belang.
Je beschikt ook over:
De nodige passie binnen jouw vakgebied. Een rijbewijs B. Ruime kennis in het Microsoft Office pakket (Word, Excel, Outlook, …). Een eerste ervaring binnen de aankoopafdeling.-
