Votre Mission :
En tant que Responsable Qualité Produit, vous serez le garant de l'excellence et de la satisfaction client à travers la qualité de nos produits. Votre mission consistera à maintenir une approche compétitive, cohérente et rentable en matière de qualité, en alignement avec la stratégie du groupe.
Vous êtes notamment la personne de référence au niveau national pour les aspects légaux et statutaires.
Vos tâches :
Vous encadrez l’équipe assurance qualité industrielle et projets (environ 20 personnes).
Vous assurez la conformité des produits aux normes et réglementations applicables tout en répondant aux besoins des clients.
Vous coordonnez et déployez la campagne qualité du groupe pour les produits internes en mettant l'accent sur l'amélioration continue.
Vous dirigez le plan de réduction des non-conformités et des coûts tout en garantissant des livraisons à temps et des produits de haute qualité.
Vous gérez et développez le département Qualité Produit, en favorisant l'apprentissage continu et en maintenant des compétences de pointe.
Vous contribuez à la gestion des risques et à la capitalisation des enseignements tirés.
Vous accompagnez les entités opérationnelles afin de développer leur maturité.
Vous participez activement à l'amélioration du système de management de la qualité et à la définition des politiques de certification.
Votre profil :
Vous bénéficiez d’une formation pertinente en ingénierie électronique ou équivalent par expérience.
Vous disposez d’une expérience significative en gestion d'équipe ou de projet, idéalement dans le secteur spatial.
Une expertise approfondie dans la conception d'équipements/sous-systèmes/satellites et dans la gestion de l'assurance qualité est un précieux atout.
Vous êtes familier des normes et des réglementations techniques relatives au secteur spatial ou apparenté, telles que ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EN 9100, AQAP 2110, etc.
Vous maitrisez le français et l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Vous êtes un véritable leader capable de développer une vision et de fédérer les équipes vers cet objectif.
Vous êtes force de proposition tant avec les clients qu’avec les équipes internes et savez comment mobiliser et motiver les équipes autour d'une vision commune.
Vous disposez d’une aisance relationnelle vous permettant de créer votre réseau.
Vous disposez d’excellentes capacités de communication avec un sens de l’écoute développé et une orientation résultats.
Vous vous adaptez facilement à différents types d’interlocuteurs et êtes à l’aise avec divers niveaux de l'organisation.
Vous êtes de nature positive, créative et orientée solutions.
Vous êtes de nature dynamique, capable de vous adapter à un environnement en évolution rapide.
Vous êtes de nature créative et appréciez penser différemment afin de déboucher sur des avancées stratégiques.
