As a Recruitment Consultant at Page Personnel, your duties will consist of two main areas:
Recruitment :
- Screening CVs and interviewing candidates
- Managing and bringing to fruition various projects for clients
- Giving advice to clients to improve their recruitment process
- Helping candidates further in their search for the next step in their career
Sales
- You will have the opportunity to strongly develop your commercial skills over a period of 6 - 12 months. Through extensive training, you will learn the tricks of the trade.
- You do business development: both hunting for new customers and farming, i.e. building long-term customer relationships.
- You will also stay in regular contact with customers to establish and maintain good relationships.
The qualities and skills required for the position of Recruitment Cosultant are :
- You are perfectly bilingual (FR-ENG). Knowledge of Dutch is a big plus.
- At least a bachelor degree
- No experience is required, we teach you everything thanks to our customised training courses
- You are a driven, social and entrepreneurial person
- Working autonomously as well as supporting a team do not scare you off
- Resilient and stress-resistant
- Customer-oriented
