Werken in het Central Delivery team:

De TIMI Delivery Manager in het Central Delivery team is verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte, tijdige en geruisloze implementatie van alle nieuwe of gewijzigde werkmethoden en/of materialen bij de diverse stakeholders, zowel binnenin de Wyre organisatie als naar de externe partners toe, en dit overeenkomstig het bestaande TIMI proces. Als TIMI Delivery Manager ben jij de sleutelfiguur die ervoor zorgt dat onze operationele processen soepel verlopen tijdens de transitie naar nieuwe systemen, technologieën, materialen en manier van werken. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het voorbereiden van onze organisatie op veranderingen en zorgt ervoor dat we klaar zijn om nieuwe initiatieven succesvol te lanceren.

Jouw rol als Operational Readiness Specialist:

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren en voorzitten van de recurrente TIMI meetings. Je ben eigenaar, bewaakt en stuurt het TIMI proces. Je staat in voor het continue challengen van het TIMI team/delivery teams. Je staat in voor het actief coördineren en mee opvolgen van de gedefinieerde actiepunten met de diverse owners met als doel het behalen van de afgesproken/opgelegde deadlines voor de implementatie. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert gedetailleerde projectplannen en draaiboeken. Je coördineert tussen verschillende afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle aspecten van de operatie klaar zijn voor de verandering. Je doet voorstellen ter optimalisatie van het bestaande proces en zorgt voor een vlotte implementatie van deze voorstellen.  Je staat in voor het up to date houden van TIMI rapportering Je rapporteert transparant en proactief over de vooruitgang van de lopende topics en escaleteert tijdig blokkerende issues.
 

Onze ideale Operational Readiness Specialist:

Je hebt ten minste 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur in een dynamische en complexe omgeving. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Je hebt een Master/Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je bent in staat om de te implementeren initiatieven te kunnen begrijpen en naar impact in te schatten, dit inclusief de technische terminologie/elementen ervan. Je kan verbanden leggen tussen de verschillende gerelateerde domeinen binnen Wyre en zijn partners. Je beschikt over analytische en organiserende vaardigheden. Je beschikt over goede communicatie-, luister- en overlegvaardigheden, om de opinies van stakeholders te begrijpen en te consolideren. Je kan fungeren als een bruggenbouwer tussen de verschillende domeinen. Je bent proactief en pragmatisch ingesteld. Je bent leergierig en staat open voor verandering.
