Continuous Improvement Manager - Jobomschrijving:
- Jouw verantwoordelijkheid omvat het bevorderen en strategisch implementeren van Continuous Improvement-initiatieven, met als doel resultaten te behalen op het gebied van veiligheid, klanttevredenheid, kwaliteit en financiële prestaties.
- Je zult medewerkers trainen en coachen in de toepassing van Lean- en Six Sigma-tools.
- Daarnaast zal je leiding geven aan initiatieven voor continue verbetering binnen alle productieafdelingen.
- Ook sta je in voor het leiden van Kaizen-evenementen binnen de fabriek, het beheren van de Kaizen-roadmap van de site en het waarborgen van de duurzaamheid van Kaizen-initiatieven.

Continuous Improvement Manager - Profiel
- Je bent in het bezit van een Master of Bachelor. Daarnaast heb je een relevante werkervaring van minimaal 3 jaar in Lean Management.
- Ook is een productieomgeving jou niet onbekend.
- Je bent communicatief sterk. Hierdoor heb je een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands & Engels.
